THE TRX AREA.
Suspension training with your own bodyweight — a dedicated TRX area inside the gym.
What it is
The details.
The TRX area gives suspension training its own space at Boulevard Fitness. Straps and bodyweight movements make it a useful option for control, core work and joints that want something other than a loaded barbell.
It is part of the gym floor, so you can pair TRX work with a strength or cardio session. If you have never used the straps, ask about a personal-training referral or a tour before your first session.
Who it's for
Is this your corner?
- People who want low-impact strength and control work.
- Lifters looking for accessory and core options.
- Anyone who prefers bodyweight training to machines.
What a session looks like
How it goes.
- 01
Start with the straps
Adjust the straps, find a clear space and warm up with a few easy rows or squats before loading a movement.
- 02
Work through a circuit
Use the area for pushes, pulls, squats, hinges and core work. Keep the pace controlled; suspension training rewards stability over speed.
- 03
Ask for a form check
If you are new to TRX, ask at the front desk about a personal-training referral. A short form check goes a long way.
