THE CARDIO ROOM.

A dedicated cardio room with treadmills, stair climbers and other cardio machines — separate from the weight floor.

Treadmills and stair climbers in the dedicated Boulevard Fitness cardio room

What it is

The details.

The cardio room is its own space, away from the clang of the weight floor. The photo on this page shows the room's treadmills and stair climbers lined up under the high ceiling, with windows along one wall.

Use it for a warm-up, a steady session, or intervals. Because it is a dedicated room, you can settle into a machine without working around a strength circuit in the middle of the floor.

Who it's for

Is this your corner?

  • Anyone who wants a cardio session without the weight-room bustle.
  • Lifters who want a proper warm-up before heading to the floor.
  • Visitors who want a simple, familiar machine workout.
