What it is
The details.
The Cake Factory is Boulevard Fitness's lower-body and glute center — a dedicated area inside the gym for training hips, glutes, legs and the muscles that support them. The red doors and painted logo make it easy to find.
It is also home to a 30-minute express class called “Tone, Lift, Tighten.” The class is run as a short, focused session inside the gym's class program. Classes are led by independent trainers, and fees may apply.
